Cluster homes are single family attached homes designed for retirees, empty nesters and anyone looking to simplify their lives with maintenance free living. A $40 per month maintenance fee provides most exterior maintenance associated with the cluster home. These spacious homes can be custom designed to fit individual needs and are available with or without full basements. Homes featuring basements are available as "lookouts" (windows in the lower level) or "walkouts" (windows and a walkout door in the lower level). Homes can be built entirely step-free and handicap accessible. Typically, a cluster home has 1520 square feet, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a formal dining area, a breakfast room with access to a deck or patio, large kitchen, separate laundry room, plenty of closets, and a 2 car garage. Homes with full basements double the square footage available to be finished at the buyer's option. Finished sunrooms are a popular option we offer. Standard features include custom made cabinetry by a local craftsman, in-ground sprinkler system, fully sodded and landscaped yards, comfort height toilets, vinyl decks and so much more! Buyers can select cabinetry finishes and styles, countertops, flooring, lighting, hardware, paint, and other details.
