Information for Obtaining Business Licenses
Request these forms in person, by mail or fax. You may choose to fill out your form ON LINE. Application instructions are included in the file. Click on Information to go to the business license page.

Requirements for Obtaining a Liquor License:

• Documented proof of being a Tax Payer in Missouri
• Documented proof of being registered voter in Missouri
• Social Security number

If you have been convicted of any liquor violations you will not be eligible. A complete background check will be done by the Chief of Police and the Marshall City Council.
