Requirements for Obtaining Business Licenses
Request these forms in person, by mail or fax. You may choosed to fill
out your form ON LINE.

form refers to the structure where the business is to be located (home,
office or store front and in some cases a mobile unit)
Fictitious
Name Registration, Articles of Incorporation, Limited Liability Company
or Limited Liability Partnership
You
must obtain one of these if the name of the business does not include
the first and last name of the owner. Please contact the Missouri Secretary
of State www.sos.mo.gov.
Missouri
Retail Sales License
You
must have this license if you are selling any tangible items. Obtain this
license through the Missouri Department of Revenue at

business classifications will require a Health Inspection.

All
Business Licenses must be renewed by March 1st of each year. Licenses
not renewed will be considered delinquent April 1st and a penalty of 10%
per month will be assessed.
If
you have a change of status in your business, such as business name,
address or going out of business; it is your responsibility to notify
the Business Licensing Department.
