Substance Abuse     Ruta Mazelis is one of the program managers of NCTIC focused on consumer and survivor program development. Ruta is a trainer and content specialist for the Sidran Institute for Traumatic Stress Education, Publications, and Resources. Ruta is a researcher, consultant, service provider, and policy advocate around trauma-related issues and is experienced in providing substance abuse and mental health services.
