Fay Hendren is the Office Manager at Poole Advertising. From billing to budgeting, she's a master in organization. Fay was Sally's first full-time employee and has been with Poole Advertising ever since. She is a New London native, and enjoys fishing and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
